I never thought I would be one to post on “national coming out day” yet here I am being pulled to share my story, for I never know who is struggling and who my words may lift up and encourage them to keep going.

this past weekend we celebrate Evee Bev’s first big accomplishment — the promises of God's salvation and the beginning to a faithful journey of serving an unwavering God. 

February 15th is often a day I spend reflecting on how lucky and grateful I am, however like most areas of our life this year, today my reason for gratitude is different.

A real life reflection on a big moment in my life. I was “stopped in my tracks” today by another baby announcement ad and it hit me how incredibly different that moment was for us and I wanted to share. Our birth story and announcement was nothing like I dreamt up but THATS OKAY.
